Our mission

We started PadoCare because we lived it. We watched recruitment managers spending their evenings manually matching carers to shifts. We saw compliance gaps slip through the cracks because DBS renewals were tracked in spreadsheets. We heard from agencies that they couldn't scale without hiring more back-office staff.

And we thought: this shouldn't be this hard.

We believe that care agencies should spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets and more time building real relationships with carers and providers.
